    Type of Specimen : Liquid-Base Preparation(Cy-Prep Pap Test) Adequacy of specimen : Satisfactory for evaluation./Presence of endocervical/transformation zone component. Cytological diagnosis : High grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL) / CIN III / severe Papanicolaou Classification (Pap Class) : Class III Associated findings : Mild inflammation / Moderate estrogen effect / Bacilli bacteria in background are present. Recommendation : Tissue biopsy for confirmed diagnosis

    ผลการตรวจมะเร็งปากมดลูกดังกล่าวนี้ ได้เก็บเซลล์มาอย่างถูกต้องสามารถอ่านผลได้ ผลอ่านว่ามีการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเนื้อเยื่อในชั้นเยื่อบุมดลูก จัดเป็นรอยโรคก่อนจะเปลี่ยนแปลงเป็นมะเร็ง จึงมีการแนะนำให้ทำการเก็บชิ้นเนื้อให้้ได้การวินิจฉัยที่แน่นอน นอกจากนี้ยังเจอว่ามีการอักเสบเล็กน้อยและมีแบคทีเรียชนิดรูปแท่งให้เห็นโดยทั่วไป
