SONOGRAM OF BOTH BREASTS; -No mammary duct dilatation, «5:21 -No nodule or cyst in Rt.breast. -Hypoechoic nodules of 0.41x0.19x0,41 cm, at L1 and 1.09x0.46x0.84 cm, at L8-9. probably benign. -ln place and intact Rt.breast implant with normal undulation with minimal fluid between implant shell and fibrous capsule. -Certain amount of fluid between implant shell and fibrous capsule at central and lower pan of Lt.breast implant with varying degree of fluid thickness from 0.3 cm. to 1.28 cm.. suspicious degenerated Lt.breast implant. lMPRESSION; -Hypoechoic nodules of 0.41x0.19x0.41 cm. at L1 and 1.09x0.46x0.84 cm. at L8-9. probably benign. -Certain amount of fluid between implant shell and fibrous capsule at central and lower part of Ltbreast implant with varying degree of fluid thickness from 0.3 cm. to 1.28 cm., suspicious degenerated Lt.breast implant. ASSESSMENT: Bl—RADS 3. probably benign nodules in Lt.breast. RECOMMENDATION: US breasts in 6 months. NOTE; False negative rate of the study is 4-iO%. please correlate with manual palpation to exclude breast mass.
