Techinique : 3 mm thick axial section of whole abdomen with and without contrast.
Findings:
A 7 mm cyst is noted lateral segment Lt lobe liver, near falciform ligament.
No dilatation of bile duct and no gallstones.
The spleen and pancreas appear normal.
Both kidneys show no stone and no hydronephrosis. There is nomal parenchyma density and normal kidney size.
The stomach, small bowel and large bowel are unremarkable.
There is no ascites and no lymphadenopathy.
A 11 mm diamater cyst is noted at anterior superior to urinary bladder with fibrous band from bladder to umbilicus. Mild thickening wall of urinary bladder at antero-superior portion.
The included lung shows no pleural effusion.
Impression:
- A 1.2cm hypodensity nodule(or cyst) without enhancement is noted at medial segment Lt lobe.
- A 7mm cyst is noted at lateral segment Lt lobe.
- Note that, small nodule that seen by ultrasound may cannot be detected by CT
