    The pulmonary trunk is normal diameter, measuret caliber about 2.6 cm. There is no intravascular filling defect in main pulmonary artery, right and left pulmonary arteries and their major branches. Both lungs are clear The trachea and both main bronchi are patent. Heart, pericardium and the rest of great vessels are within normal limits. Esophagus is unremarkable. No significant enlarged mediastinum lymph node is seen. Both lobes of thyroid gland appear normal. Included upper abdomen shows normal both adrenal glands. The bony structures are intact. Impression : no evidence of pulmonary thromboembolism in this study.

    สวัสดีค่ะ คุณ sandee17,

                         ผลเอกซ์เรย์คอมพิวเตอร์ปอด

                         - หลอดเลือด pulmonary artery ที่ออกจากหัวใจ (pulmonary trunk) มีขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 2.6 cm. ซึ่งเป็นปกติดี

                         - หลอดเลือด pulmonary artery ที่แตกเป็นแขนงขวาและซ้ายต่อจาก pulmonary trunk และแขนงใหญ่ที่ต่อไปจากส่วนนี้ ปกติดี ไม่มีสิ่งใดอยู่ในหลอดเลือด

                          - ปอดทั้ง 2 ข้างไม่พบรอยโรค 

                          - หลอดลมหลักและหลอดลมซ้ายและขวาที่แยกออกจากหลอดลมหลัก ปกติดี ไม่มีตีบแฟบ

                         - หัวใจ เยื่อหุ้มหัวใจ และหลอดเลือดหลักของหัวใจปกติดี

                         - หลอดอาหารปกติดี

                         - ต่อมน้ำเหลืองในช่องทรวงอก ไม่มีอะไรที่ผิดปกติ

                         - ต่อมไทรอยด์ทั้ง 2 กลีบ ซ้ายและขวา ปกติดี

                         - ต่อมหมวกไต ปกติดี

                          - กระดูกต่างๆ ปกติดี 

                          สรุปแล้ว ไม่พบอะไรที่ผิดปกติ และไม่พบว่ามีลิ่มเลือดอุดตันในปอดเกิดขึ้นค่ะ
