Contiguous axial was performed through the base of skull and the rest whole brain without contrast administration.

The study reveals extra-axial hypo-hyperdense cresent shape lesion at right cerebral hemisphere, about 1.7 cm in thickness.

There is normal attenuation of  brain parenchyma without focal lesion.

Normal cerebal cortical sulci and gyri are seen.
